What is the Bridal Expo?

Christian FM’s 4th Annual Bridal Expo is designed to match Brides-to-be with the businesses that can make their special day the best it can be! The event provides future Brides with a variety of options that will pave the way toward a successful wedding day. From wedding coordinators, to photographers, to wedding cake sampling, limos & more, this is definitely the place for Brides-to-be!

This historically successful event, which will take place at the MidFLorida Event Center in Port St. Lucie on Sunday, February 20th, 2022 from 1pm-4pm, will feature a grand prize worth over $4,000. Brides must pre-register on line for them to be eligible to will the grand prize.

How will we be promoting the Bridal Expo?

Christian FM is a community supported radio station, with 50,000+ dedicated listeners, serving the families of Florida’s Space and Treasure Coast covering: Brevard, Indian River, St. Lucie & Martin Counties. Our main signal is in Vero Beach and we utilize translators broadcasting from South Brevard to North Martin county! Christian FM also streams our programming and underwriting spots 24 hours a day online and through App.

  • 200+ on air Christian FM radio commercials promoting this exciting event. These will be heard daily, inviting Brides-to-be to register online at www.christianfm.com.
  • Other methods include:
    • Social Media- Facebook, Pinterest, Instagram
    • YouTube
    • Print
    • Online
    • Vendors social media

Vendors

  • Any business that caters to weddings, events, anti-aging, smile make-overs, and the like should be there! Businesses like: Flower Shops, Salons, Bridal vendors, Food trucks, Realtors, Arts & Crafts vendors and more, are encouraged to sign up.
  • So, this can be a successful event for ALL we are limiting the number of vendors in each category type to 3.
  • All the Brides-to-be will receive a full-color Bridal Booklet that will showcase our vendors and contain relevant articles to help prepare our Brides for their big day.
  • Vendors will have several opportunities to participate (see sales packages) and engage with brides-to-be.
  • Vendors will receive all the brides-to-be contact information that registered as well as contact information from all registered brides for follow up. This is an amazing lead source for you!

SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

Platinum Title Sponsor: $2,000 (SOLD OUT)

  • Prime Placement in room, (1) 8ft. Table and 2 chairs, pipe & drape, access to electricity, 10 x 10’ space. Table linen not included, and they must supply electrical cord.
  • Mentioned as title sponsor in at least (100) on-air radio promotional announcements about the Expo
  • Link and logo on Christian FM’s Bridal Expo site page on the website
  • 1 full page ad (5.25 x 8.25) in the Bridal Booklet, which we will be giving to all the Brides-to-Be that attend. They must create the artwork.
  • (50) – customizable :30 spots to run on Christian FM, (spots run Mon-Sun 5a-10pm)

Gold Sponsor: $1,250

  • Prime Placement in room, (1) 8ft. Table and 2 chairs, pipe & drape, access to electricity, 10 x 10’ space. Table linen not included, and you must supply electrical cord.
  • Link and logo on Christian FM’s Bridal Expo site page on the website
  • 1 half page ad (2.625 x 8.25) in the Bridal Booklet, which we will be giving to all the Brides-to-Be that attend. They must create the artwork.
  • (30) – customizable :30 spots to run on Christian FM, (spots run Mon-Sun 5a-10pm)

Silver Sponsor: $650

  • 8 ft. table and 2 chairs, access to electricity, pipe & drape, 8 x 8 space – table linen not included, and they must supply electrical cord.
  • (20) :30 spots, spots run 5a-10pm on Christian

Standard Table: $200

  • 8 ft. table, 2 chairs, approximately a 6 x 8 space
  • Add pipe and drape $100
  • Add electricity $25

Outside Vendors

  • Booth outside for Limos and travel services ONLY: $100 – must bring your own 10 x 10 tent, 8’ table linen. Event center will provide 8’ table and 2 chairs.
  • Limo & travel/car services: $50 per car – there is limited space

Note: Maximum of 3 vendors per category. All vendors are responsible to bring their own table covering.
