How to enter:
Please fill out the form below in its entirety. Christian FM will randomly select one Treasure Coast office each month to win (2) dozen cupcakes.
How to claim your prize:
The winner will be contacted via phone and email during regular working hours M-F, 9 am-5 pm. The winner has 48 business hours to respond to these communications to claim winnings. Once the winner responds to claim their prize, Christian FM will announce their office on-air two days in a row. So your business office will get name recognition on the air as our winner.
How to obtain your cupcakes:
The winner’s office will be on will-call at the cupcake shop for them to pick up (2) dozen cupcakes within 30 days.
